Project Milestones

Timeline of Project (2 week duration)

• Once contract is signed with Centersky clock starts.

• Request for data is put out to advisor so we can create the accounts ASAP.

• Once request is received tenant is provisioned, configured and accounts created.

• Advisor is notified so they can test access to the new tenant.

• Once access is verified scheduling must be completed for device migration.

• Once devices are migrated project is closed out.

Advisor End-State

• Tenant Security Defaults

• Users Created in Tenant

• Users Licensed in Tenant

• Device Azure AD Joined to Advisor Owned Tenant

• Office Applications Licensed Under Tenant

Advisor Security Defaults

• Basic cybersecurity protection against malicious actors in the Advisor's tenant.

• Achieved by leveraging Microsoft Threat Intelligence and Conditional Access policies.

• Multifactor-Authentication via push notification for Administrator (privileged roles).

• Require ALL users to register for Multifactor-Authentication.
